Patricia Nakasagga is only 8 years old, born on 17th December 2017, yet her young life has already carried more pain than most adults will ever know. Patricia was born with only one leg. From the moment she began to understand the world around her, she also learned that she was different. Simple daily activities—walking to school, playing with friends, standing for long periods, or even moving around at home—are a constant struggle for her. While other children run freely, Patricia watches from the side, holding back tears and questions she is too young to fully understand. School has been especially difficult. The long distances and standing in class drain her strength and confidence. At home, routine tasks that should be easy for a child her age requires great effort and courage. Despite all this, Patricia remains quiet, gentle, brave and hopeful. Tragedy struck again in September 2025 which broke Patricia’s life even more, when she lost her beloved mother, Rhona Kamuhisha, during a cesarean section while giving birth. Rhona was the sole breadwinner of the family. She left behind three children, including a newborn baby who is now just 3 months old. With her mother gone, Patricia lost not only her greatest source of love, but also the one person who fought tirelessly for her future. After this heartbreaking loss, Patricia found refuge at an organization called Ekyombo Noah’s Ark, which is currently taking care of her. The organization is doing its best, but medical support of this kind is beyond their limited resources. Yet there is hope. With proper medical support, Patricia can receive an amputated leg (prosthetic) that will allow her to walk with confidence, attend school comfortably, and live a life of dignity. This leg is not just a medical device—it is a chance for Patricia to feel included, independent, and hopeful again. Patricia does not ask for much. She does not ask for toys or luxury. She asks for a leg… so she can walk with dignity and confidence. We are humbly trying to raise £500 to help Patricia receive a prosthetic leg—a life-changing support that will allow her to continue school, regain confidence, and smile again. Your kindness can: Please, let us come together and be the family Patricia needs right now. No amount is too small. Your help can change the direction of her life forever. If you cannot donate, please SHARE.Your share might reach the person who can help.Let us be the reason Patricia believes in tomorrow Help us put a smile on Patricia’s face.Help her stand tall.Help her walk into a brighter future.

School Sickbay – Caring for Our ChildrenOur children are the future, and when they fall sick, it should never be a reason to miss class or suffer in silence. Labboni has established a sickbay at Namabaale Progressive School to offer basic first aid, treatment, and monitoring for students. It ensures that no child is left unattended in moments of illness, and it’s staffed by caring health personnel. 2. Community Health Clinic – Healing Beyond the School WallsLabboni’s reach extends beyond the school to the entire community. The Back to Eden Health Clinic provides access to affordable and holistic medical care for families who have long struggled with limited or no healthcare services. From maternal health to child wellness and chronic illness support, we are here to serve with compassion. 3. Nutrition Education & SupportMany health issues in the community stem from malnutrition. Labboni offers nutrition support and education, helping families understand the value of healthy, local foods and how to use them to nourish and strengthen their bodies naturally. 4. Health Talks & Awareness CampaignsThrough regular health talks, Labboni is addressing key topics like hygiene, disease prevention, mental health, and family wellness. These talks are grounded in both scientific knowledge and biblical principles, creating a holistic and faith-based approach to health. 5. Campfire Sessions – Healing Through Community Under the stars and around the warmth of a fire, we gather to share stories, build relationships, and uplift one another. These “Campfire Sessions” provide a safe space for counseling, mentorship, worship, and emotional healing. In the heart of our community, hidden behind the everyday struggles of poverty, there lies an unseen crisis affecting innocent children—a jigger infestation that is robbing them of their childhood. A Silent Pain No Child Should Endure For many children in this village, walking is a nightmare. Their tiny feet, once full of life, are now swollen, infected, and covered with painful wounds caused by jigger fleas that burrow deep into their skin. Why Is This Happening? Jigger infestation is a disease of poverty, lack of hygiene, and limited healthcare access. Many families in this village cannot afford shoes to protect their children’s feet. Without proper sanitation and treatment, these tiny parasites multiply, causing infections, deformities, and in severe cases, permanent disability. Mothers watch helplessly as their children cry in pain, unable to sleep, eat, or walk. Some have already dropped out of school, too ashamed and too weak to continue. If untreated, the wounds can lead to life-threatening infections. This Is Where YOU Can Make a Difference! No child deserves to suffer like this. We need your urgent help to: Provide medical treatment to remove jiggers safely and prevent infections Supply shoes and socks to protect children from reinfestation Improve hygiene and sanitation to prevent the spread of jiggers Offer education and awareness to stop this cycle for good Will You Answer Their Cry for Help? Your donation today can save a child from a lifetime of pain. $10 – Provides medical treatment for one child $25 – Buys shoes & socks to protect a child from jiggers $50 – Funds hygiene supplies for an entire family $100+ – Supports community-wide treatment & prevention programs Together, we can heal these children and restore their dignity!
